此次研習將簡單介紹利用核磁共振進行蛋白質結構分析的步驟！ 蛋白質相關實驗及軟體琳瑯滿目，本次內容規劃不講深奧原理，以"小老師領進門”的概念進行，分享樣品準備技巧，實驗設計介紹(1H-detection, 13C-detection)，圖譜分析軟體入門，結構計算軟體(與會者可自備筆電，先安裝好軟體，當天跟著講師一起逐步操作)。 希望讓與會者對於利用NMR來決定蛋白質結構的步驟有基本的認識 ~

2024 NMR Workshop is aimed to introduce basic Protein NMR SOP on assignment and structure calculation. We will share experience on sample preparation, useful experiments (1H-detecion, 13C-detection), data analysis software, and structure determination server (participants could bring your labtop, install software in advance, and follow the instructor step by step). Lectures will be in Chinese but handout in English.
