Field of research

Applied protein NMR spectroscopy, Solution structure and dynamics, Protein: protein / ligand interaction studies.

Current Projects:

We work on the NMR solution structures of various dust mite allergens. We recently solved structure of the major allergen from Blomia Tropicalis mites, Blo t 5 and identified mAb epitope of this important allergen by exclusive use of NMR experiments. We are currently preparing modified Blo t 5 variants, which may have potential to be used in immunotherapy of allergic diseases.

We also work SUMOlyation of an important transcriptional co-repressor.
